The Role

- Design, develop, integrate, and sustain complex technical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust system solutions
- Diagnose and resolve issues to improve performance and reliability
- Manage systems across their full lifecycle, from concept through deployment and optimization
- Ensure clear documentation and partner with vendors as needed
- Contribute to systems that are critical to national security
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical field plus 3 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in engineering systems over their lifecycle (conception, design & development, testing, production, deployment, operation, maintenance, support, decommissioning)
- Ability to solve complex technical problems in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph
- Must be a U.S. Citizen

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
