The Role
- Design and develop role-based curriculum and training materials for personnel operating advanced cyber platforms.
- Create comprehensive training products, including lesson plans, slide decks, hands-on labs, and job aids.
- Translate complex data strategies and technical standards into easily understandable and teachable content.
- Develop practical exercises to guide learners through data ingest, interpretation, and packaging for AI training sets.
- Design knowledge checks and evaluation methods to assess learner proficiency and consistency.
- Update training materials to reflect evolving platform workflows and data standards.
- High School Diploma with 9 years of relevant experience, or commensurate experience.
- Required clearance: TS/SCI CI Poly.
- 9 years of experience developing technical training for cyber, data, or analytics systems, with a preference for DoD/IC experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build hands-on labs and performance-based assessments.
- Familiarity with data concepts relevant to AI training, including datasets, labeling, metadata, and quality considerations.
- Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with data scientists, engineers, and operators.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
