- Provide expert-level technical application support for Oracle's PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Human Capital Management, and Financials applications.
- Collaborate with functional analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs, then design and develop customized applications and third-party integrations.
- Perform functional unit testing for bug fixes, new application development, and integrations.
- Assist in the deployment of application upgrades, patches, configurations, and critical updates.
- Partner with hosting and application management providers to resolve system performance, connectivity, and data integrity issues.
- Adhere to established development and accessibility standards and follow approved software development life cycle processes.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Human Capital Management, and/or Financials systems 9.0 or above.
- Proficiency with Oracle PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Approval Workflows, Application Engine, Application Package, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
- Experience with Oracle SQL.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide data-driven resolutions.
