The Role
The Role
- Develop internal DevOps tools, CLI utilities, and automation scripts
- Build and manage the internal developer platform using Azure, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and automation pipelines
- Implement GitLab for source control and pipelines, Terraform for automation, Python for helpers/tests, and Helm for Kubernetes deployments
- Drive trunk-based GitLab workflows, deterministic pipelines with built-in testing and security scans
- Ensure secret hygiene, secrets management, and conduct vulnerability/misconfiguration scanning in CI
- Provision cloud infrastructure using Go-based CLI tools and API integrations
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Strong background in deploying and managing cloud resources (Azure, AWS)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation
- Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise environments (Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
