The Role
• Develop a product "North Star" vision, considering diverse business line needs and the competitive landscape.
• Lead product development across multiple pods, prioritizing backlogs and intake items from partner teams.
• Craft detailed requirements for design, development, testing, and deployment as needed.
• Drive product adoption through coordinated roll-outs with platform and partner releases.
• Continuously improve products to meet strategic objectives and OKRs.
• Coach and develop Product Owners, fostering best practices within cross-functional teams.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies (web/mobile apps, APIs, data analytics) with a design-first approach.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and commitment to exceptional user experiences.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
