The Role
The Role
- Manage, design, develop, and present programs to support an early IT educational ecosystem.
- Assess program needs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments, external partners, and community organizations.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to support program development and implementation.
- Assist with managing relationships with academic and industry partners.
- Support the organization of events, workshops, and marketing strategies for program recruitment.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Three (3) years of relevant experience in program management or a related field.
- Experience working with school districts or implementing new educational programs is preferred.
- Strong understanding of administrative functions in an educational or organizational setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive annual salary of $50,000 - $55,000.
