The Role
The Role
- Define goals and create a vision for product development projects related to unmanned and autonomous ship development.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure clear goals and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the product backlog, including creating, prioritizing, and mapping out dependencies.
- Prioritize needs based on scope, time, and stakeholder objectives.
- Oversee product development stages, including planning, refinement, review, and sprint.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
- Evaluate product progress through each iteration and support release planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with implementation of engineering methods and practices.
- Proficiency with the Atlassian tool suite.
- Proven communication skills (verbal and written) across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaboration across organizations and lead diverse teams.
- Desire to work with end users to determine product validity and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Full-time on-site support in Arlington, VA.

Salary : $107,900 - $195,050
