What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Manager position at Haystack?
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Co-develop and maintain a rolling 12-month eCommerce and digital roadmap, focusing on site experience enhancements, product discovery, and conversion optimization.
• Translate business priorities into actionable epics, user stories, and delivery plans, balancing quick wins with long-term capability building.
• Own backlog operations, including intake, refinement, prioritization, and dependency mapping across digital initiatives.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release readiness, and launch communications.
• Drive enhancements across the digital ecosystem, focusing on product storytelling and online selling capabilities within the CMS, DAM, PIM, and analytics platforms.
• Support the implementation of tools that enhance eCommerce operations and customer experience, such as product sampling and trade account functionalities.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, IT, Analytics, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management, eCommerce product ownership, or digital platform delivery.
• Proven experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, coordinating UAT, and supporting agile delivery.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and digital merchandising concepts, including product discovery, PDP optimization, and conversion funnels.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as CMS, DAM, PIM, and analytics; Adobe ecosystem experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to translate between business stakeholders (merchandising, marketing, sales) and technical teams.
