The Role
• Define the product framework, including schema, required attributes, quality rules, and lifecycle governance for all products within a major cloud platform.
• Develop standard product models and relationship patterns tailored for diverse service categories, from compute and storage to AI and developer tools.
• Enhance the product catalog with new features, packages, and add-ons that service teams can implement through configuration.
• Architect agent-readable product metadata standards to enable AI consumption across both internal and external experiences.
• Drive the adoption of product standards across new offerings and existing catalog systems.
• Conduct research with service teams and product data consumers to identify and address definition breakdowns.
What You'll Need
• 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and define software product features and technical designs by collaborating with customers, technical teams, and management.
• Experience taking a product from conception and definition through engineering design and to market launch.
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, finance, or economics.
• Familiarity with engineering practices across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Experience developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics, with a strong background in data modeling.
