- Provide full life cycle support and administration for network security appliances, including firewalls, VPN concentrators, and IPS/IDS
- Enforce network security and cybersecurity policies through firewall configurations, VPN creation, and network access administration
- Assist in the design and implementation of IT projects, focusing on network security for on-premise and Azure cloud environments
- Act as a technical lead, developing solutions for new business expansion and application growth
- Create comprehensive network security architectures, documentation, testing analyses, and risk assessments
- Conduct third-level troubleshooting and diagnosis for service restoration across the infrastructure
- 8 years of professional experience in network security or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP networks from Layer 2 through Layer 7, including IP addressing, subnets, and VLANs
- Extensive experience with Palo Alto next-gen firewalls, firewall configuration, and IPS device policy implementation
- Proven experience with VPN and remote access configuration and support
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including packet trace, Sniffer analysis, and router/switch security configuration analysis
- Understanding of Internet routing, defense in depth, DMZ design, and zero-trust networking
