The Role
The Role
- Provide Network Engineering support for the design, documentation, implementation, maintenance, and operation of an evolving network architecture.
- Manage network architecture, including operational and security-related updates and changes.
- Lead the deployment planning and coordination of network system upgrades at various field sites.
- Interface with Tier 2 support to assist with coordination and issue escalation.
- Provide briefings and regular status updates to Program leadership on issues.
- Offer cross-discipline training and mentoring for all team personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field, with 8-15 years of relevant experience.
- Active and current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in network infrastructure.
- Expertise in SD-WAN technologies and implementation.
- Proficiency in Cisco IOS/IOS-XE operating systems.
- Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Competitive salary range: $92,300 - $166,850.
