- Provide analytical support and strategic insights to marketing and loyalty teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage data for strategic marketing campaign development
- Execute, analyze, and interpret results of customer loyalty and marketing campaigns
- Perform in-depth analyses, interpret results, and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Synthesize complex data and present insights clearly and concisely
- 5-7 years of experience in Marketing or Business Analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Math/Stats (MBA a plus)
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking expertise (SQL, Alteryx, Databricks a plus)
- Fundamental understanding of key financial and retail metrics
- Familiarity with insights and analytic tools, CRM technologies, and various data sources
- Proficient with MS Excel, data mining, query tools, BI reporting, or CRM tools
