The Role
The Role
- Support critical enterprise printing, imaging, and infrastructure activities
- Resolve incidents and service requests related to MFDs and printers
- Develop and publish technical user guides for new printer models
- Maintain the Authorized Hardware List (AHL) and track deployed assets
- Execute quarterly inventory validations and data corrections
- Manage and maintain the Unit Resource Manager (URM) database
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security CE, CySA , etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant hardware (MFD/Printer/Scanner) experience
- Basic understanding of system engineering processes, requirements analysis, and configuration management
- Foundational experience supporting infrastructure systems (Windows/Linux servers, virtualized environments, storage, networking)
- Exposure to cybersecurity concepts, security controls, and compliance standards
- Active Secret Clearance

Salary : $80,000 - $98,000
