The Role
The Role
- Administer and support Active Directory environments, including user provisioning, group management, and permissions.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services.
- Support on-premises and hybrid infrastructure, ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot server, workstation, authentication, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Partner with network, security, and infrastructure teams on day-to-day operations and technology initiatives.
- Assist with system upgrades, patching, deployments, and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- 2 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or a related IT role.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, including account administration and permissions management.
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments and enterprise infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), or Intune is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
- Competitive base salary between $90,000 - $115,000.
