The Role
• Oversee all aspects of staffing, ensuring qualified personnel are hired and retained.
• Manage and ensure compliance with all employment statutes, wage and benefit programs, worker's compensation, and unemployment claims.
• Direct, implement, and administer training programs for all levels of employees.
• Provide employee relations coaching, counseling, and disciplinary guidance.
• Prepare and maintain the Human Resources budget.
• Ensure the organization remains compliant with all relevant HR laws and regulations.
What You'll Need
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of and familiarity with employment laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of employees and guests.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain a positive, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor.
