The Role

• Assist senior engineers in maintaining best practices and recommending system improvements.
• Develop automated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker/Podman, and Ansible.
• Apply DevOps expertise to ensure congruence of infrastructure, software, and configurations.
• Work with an Agile team, attending daily scrums and collaborating frequently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation, infrastructure, and system issues.
• Proactively identify, report, monitor, and assist with mitigation of technical risks.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience (additional experience may substitute for a degree).
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Knowledge and understanding of DevOps trends and technologies.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying DevOps pipelines with GitLab CI.
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Podman) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Understanding of basic networking protocols/functions (HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, SMTP, DNS).
• Experience with Linux/UNIX command line.
• Familiarity with Agile concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills.
