The Role
• Provide expertise across major business functions, delivering product features using vended software, particularly ERP applications.
• Create technical and process designs, configuring vendor software for complex enterprise-wide and business-unit applications.
• Stay informed about vendor feature roadmaps and navigate support processes to influence future direction.
• Develop product planning by contributing to and creating stories for complex features, guiding other team members.
• Organize and lead feature review sessions for complex business issues and document resulting decisions.
• Configure or develop within vendor software and review new vendor release features.
What You'll Need
• 7 years of experience with Neo4j databases.
• Experience creating functional designs to address complex business processes.
• Ability to leverage vendor defect resolution procedures and support tools.
• Knowledge of integrated requirements to evaluate proposed software products.
• Experience supporting the planning, conducting, and review of module and integration testing.
• Proven ability to manage issues and blockers for assigned features and product stories.
