The Role
- Lead cross-functional communication and coordination for construction protocols and documentation.
- Develop and maintain tracking systems for design modifications, RFIs, and change orders.
- Evaluate Method of Procedure (MOP) submissions for thoroughness and risk.
- Manage vendor onboarding processes, including security credentialing and orientation.
- Maintain project management software with critical updates and document control.
- Coordinate and monitor owner-furnished material deliveries to ensure timely arrival at construction sites.
- 3 years of vendor management experience.
- 4 years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment.
- 5 years of data center engineering or operations experience.
- 5 years of Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for onsite construction management.

Salary : $96,000 - $166,300
