- Own analytics and reporting projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to final delivery in Sigma
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL in Snowflake to support robust data pipelines
- Design and implement data models and semantic layers for business reporting across various departments
- Build and maintain business-facing dashboards and reports in Sigma, focusing on clarity and self-serve access
- Validate and QA data throughout the pipeline to ensure accuracy and reliability of outputs
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into technical specifications
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field; retail or e-commerce experience is a plus
- Advanced SQL skills, including stored procedures, views, and query optimization
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and a modern BI platform (Sigma preferred)
- Proven ability to design and implement reliable and scalable data models and semantic layers
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end and working directly with business stakeholders
- Experience building polished, user-facing dashboards and reports for non-technical stakeholders
