The Role
The Role
- Update hardware for cloud, network, and telecommunication systems
- Detect system and application issues to ensure smooth data and voice flow
- Manage security of computer systems, networks, telecommunication, and inter-application information transfers
- Ensure optimum uptime for network, telecom, cloud services, and cloud servers
- Improve, plan capacity, and design infrastructure engineering projects
- Work independently with general supervision on difficult, non-complex problems
- 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7 years without a Bachelor's degree
- Solid Cisco Catalyst route/switch experience
- Knowledge of BGP routing is a plus
- Experience with Cisco/Fortinet Firewalls
- Experience with Cisco Wireless and Juniper Mist Wireless
- Juniper Routing and switching configuration experience
