The Role
- Maximize equipment reliability and operational performance in fulfillment centers
- Provide proactive controls automation and technical support
- Troubleshoot complex control systems and analyze performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize material handling equipment (MHE) systems
- Implement innovative projects with state-of-the-art technology
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or equivalent, or 2 years of PLC programming or automation engineering experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience in PLC based controls design, development, implementation and support
- Experience in dealing with material handling, flow and capacity
- Experience with Industrial control systems, both hardware and software
- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge robotics and material handling equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation
- Contribute directly to Amazon's operational speed and accuracy
Salary : $90,000 - $112,500
