The Role
The Role
- Maximize equipment reliability and operational performance in fulfillment centers
- Provide proactive controls automation and technical support
- Troubleshoot complex control systems and analyze performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material handling equipment (MHE) systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems and implement innovative projects
- Work with state-of-the-art technology, including conveyors, sortation systems, and SCADA devices
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or automation engineering, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting material handling control systems, PLCs, and industrial networks
- Ability to monitor MHE metrics and partner with maintenance/operations to address performance issues
- Experience providing first-level escalation support for site technicians
- Knowledge of identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying motor controls
- Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, and robotics

Salary : $90,000 - $112,500
