The Role
The Role
- Maximize equipment reliability and operational performance in fulfillment centers
- Provide proactive controls automation and technical support
- Troubleshoot complex control systems and analyze performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize material handling equipment (MHE) systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement innovative projects
- Work with state-of-the-art technology including conveyors, sortation systems, and SCADA devices
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or automation engineering, or 2 years of PLC programming or automation engineering experience
- Experience with PLC-controlled automation and issue diagnosis in a continuous process or production environment
- Experience with Ladder Logic and structure programming from Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Codesys PLCs
- Experience with electrical theory, robotics, controls components, and automated equipment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Competitive compensation package (salary range $90,000 - $112,500 per year)
