As the Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities. You’ll handle a variety of responsibilities including reconciliations, reporting, payables, receivables, and month-end support.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
• Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis
• Track income, expenses, and intercompany activity
• Assist with internal financial reporting
• Maintain accurate records and organized documentation
• Partner with the Controller on process improvements and special projects

• 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of debits, credits, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
• Experience handling multiple accounts or entities preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
• Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Property management or real estate accounting experience is a plus, but not required
