Your new role
This is a newly created leadership position designed to bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence across the portfolio. You will act as the bridge between executive leadership and field operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing best-in-class property management systems and operational workflows
- Driving leasing performance and reducing vacancy through data-driven oversight
- Building and overseeing hiring, onboarding, and training programs for field teams
- Establishing performance metrics and holding teams accountable across portfolios
- Leading budgeting, cost controls, and operational planning initiatives
What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who has led large, field-based property management teams and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment:
- 8 years in property management operations, including 4 years in senior leadership
- Experience managing decentralized, multi-site residential portfolios
- Proven ability to implement systems, reporting structures, and performance frameworks
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and culture
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve operational challenges proactively
