This is a full-time hybrid position located in Los Angeles, CA, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Vice President of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure strategic goals are achieved, and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing budgets, directing project management functions, developing operational strategies, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role requires coordination with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of complex construction projects.
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management, including optimizing organizational performance and ensuring financial targets are met
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning and developing long-term organizational strategies to drive business growth
- Extensive experience in Project Management, with a focus on managing complex mission-critical construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of Customer Service and build strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
