Hays have partnered with a successful Atlanta-based real estate investment trust, who are actively recruiting for an exciting opportunity to add a Tenant Coordinator to one of their key class A office assets. This is an exciting opening for anyone looking to kick-start their property management career with a renowned CRE team.

Your new role

As the Tenant Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Property Management team in the daily operations of the property, with an emphasis on maintaining strong tenant relationships. Duties will include being the first point of contact for all tenant inquiries, responding to and coordinating tenant work orders, contract administration, managing daily building communications, creating onboarding materials for new tenants, and maintaining up-to-date contact information for all tenants and vendors. Working alongside the onsite Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager, you will also support with finance-related duties such as preparing invoices and monthly rent statements.

What you'll need to succeed

· A minimum of 2 years’ office administration experience, real estate related environment preferred.

· Ability to manage first class tenant/client relationships.

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

· A self-starter who is able to support across a number of projects.
