What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Summer Intern position at Hays?
Short-term assistance in various inventory and supply chain tasks such as collecting data on physical part and pallet dimensions and analysis.
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm (but somewhat flexible)
What You’ll Do
- Perform work responsibilities for the department assigned. Work may include administrative tasks, project work, and/or ongoing responsibilities.
- Perform work responsibilities for other areas or departments, depending on business need.
- Attend department meetings.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office programs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to efficiently multi-task
- Be enrolled in a college program for supply chain/inventory management
Base Compensation Range: $21.00 per hour
Benefits: As an LTE, you are not eligible for company-sponsored medical or dental benefits, profit sharing, discretionary bonuses, or any other employment benefits excluded from Romac’s Part-Time (Category C) classification. Your paid time off will accrue in accordance with applicable state sick leave laws.
