HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with a rapidly growing privately held facilities service provider and leader in the multifamily, retail, education, healthcare, life science, and industrial markets. With growth rates of 35% year over year, and regional offices in 8 states, this role will allow you to work alongside some of the most experienced individuals in the facilities management space.
Your new role
As the Service Manager, you will oversee the facilities operations of a two-tower 900-unit ultra-luxury rental property in Fort Lee, New Jersey. The Service Manager will be supported by an Assistant Service Manager and a team of 27 on-site employees. The Service Manager will be offered a 2-bedroom apartment and parking as part of the overall compensation package.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the Service Manager role, candidates will possess the following:
- 5-10 years of experience in multifamily maintenance management (500 luxury rental units)
- Proven track record in leadership with the ability to manage and develop a growing team
- Ability to maintain and develop client relationships
