A leading, award-winning general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead the delivery of a $40M, mid rise ground-up project in Miami. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile build in one of South Florida’s most dynamic and design-focused environments.

You will take full responsibility for on-site execution, driving the project from mobilization through to completion. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage subcontractors, maintain schedule, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are upheld throughout
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations on a multi-story ground-up project
- Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and site logistics
- Drive and maintain project schedule
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Coordinate closely with project management and client teams
- Oversee project delivery from start through final handover
👤 What They're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Superintendent / Senior Superintendent on commercial ground-up projects
- Strong track record delivering multi-story builds ($20M )
- Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
- Familiarity with construction tech tools (Procore, etc.)
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
