Your new role
As the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational, financial, and strategic performance of a multi‑property luxury residential portfolio. You will lead a team of 10 professionals, including four on‑site Property Managers and their respective teams, ensuring an exceptional resident experience while maximizing asset performance. This role is highly strategic and hands‑on, combining portfolio‑level oversight with luxury hospitality‑driven property management.
- Provide senior‑level oversight across four luxury residential properties, ensuring operational excellence and consistent standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop Property Managers and on‑site teams, fostering a high‑performance culture
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and variance reporting at the portfolio level
- Drive occupancy, retention, and revenue growth through strategic leasing and marketing initiatives
- Support and oversee lease‑up activity, renewals, and resident relations
- Ensure properties are maintained to the highest luxury standards, including coordination of capital projects and preventive maintenance
- Partner with ownership and senior leadership to execute long‑term asset strategies
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Act as the primary escalation point for resident concerns, operational issues, and performance challenges
What you'll need to succeed
- 7 years of property management experience, ideally within luxury residential or high‑rise environments
- Proven experience overseeing multiple properties or portfolios
- Strong knowledge of property operations, leasing, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Prior lease‑up experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing large teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
