Your New Role
As Senior Accountant, you will lead the month-end close process, preparing journal entries and ensuring accuracy across all financial records. You will manage treasury functions such as cash transfers, ACH, and wire transactions, while also monitoring daily bank activity and preparing monthly reconciliations. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the full Accounts Payable process, reviewing invoices, posting payment batches, and processing weekly payments. You will maintain prepaid and fixed asset schedules, record inventory and accrual entries, and ensure timely and accurate sales tax reporting.
