About the Role
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of recruiting events, including job fairs, industry conferences and networking events ensuring a seamless and professional experience for a global-tech company.
Responsibilities
- Translate business and talent needs into customized event approaches that drive candidate engagement, pipeline generation, and long-term talent community growth.
- Own pre-, during-, and post-event recruiting activation strategies, including pipeline tracking in partnership with recruiters and sourcers.
- Use data and insights to evaluate event effectiveness, identify trends, and make recommendations to continuously improve event ROI and candidate outcomes.
- Manage all event logistics, including vendor coordination, booth setup, registration, shipping, catering, and onsite execution.
- Order, manage, and maintain recruiting event collateral and inventory to support global event needs.
- Collaborate with creative and branding partners to support the development of event materials, including signage, brochures, and branded merchandise.
- Align stakeholders on event goals, timelines, roles, and expectations to ensure clarity and accountability across all phases of execution.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in recruiting events, with a strong focus on conference and event logistics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
- Experience using ATS, CRM, or candidate tracking tools to support pipeline tracking and post-event follow-up.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours during events
Preferred Skills
- Experience executing recruiting events for large-scale conferences or high-volume job fairs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate event data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of recruiting trends, candidate engagement strategies, and evolving event formats.
