Your new role
As a Project Manager, you’ll take true ownership of multiple restoration and building‑envelope projects, overseeing execution from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll lead strategy, manage client relationships, coordinate field operations, and own financial performance, working closely with experienced superintendents and self‑perform crews. The work is technically challenging and highly visible, involving occupied sites, multi‑phase sequencing, and complex logistics - ideal for a PM who wants meaningful responsibility and accelerated professional growth.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 years of construction experience
- Restoration, Masonry, and Waterproofing experience is a bonus but not necessary
- Comfortable managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication, while collaborating closely with field teams.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to problem‑solve in live environments
- Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
