The Opportunity
You'll oversee multiple secure interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing a diverse portfolio typically ranging from $1M to $10M.
Working closely with experienced Superintendents and reporting into a Project Executive, you'll be given the autonomy to own projects while having the support and resources needed to be successful.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from award through final turnover
- Leading subcontractor procurement and coordination
- Budget development, forecasting, and financial management
- Client relationship management and project communication
- Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Conducting project meetings and driving schedules forward
- Partnering with field teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintaining project quality, safety, and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience managing projects for a commercial general contractor
- Proven experience leading commercial interior renovation or tenant improvement projects
- Experience working on SCIF, government, mission-critical, healthcare, technology, or other highly technical interiors is highly desirable
- Ability to manage project financials, schedules, and client relationships
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and related construction software
- U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the projects
- Local to Northern Virginia or the greater DC metro area
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $150,000
- Annual Bonus Opportunity 10-20% of base.
