What you'll need to succeed:
- 3 years of experience managing luxury residential construction projects—single-family homes, townhomes, or apartments as a Construction Manager.
- Ability to lead projects from in the field from the start through to final handover, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met.
- New construction and renovation experience highly preferred but can be trained if your experience is more tailored to one side.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Must live locally to Washington DC—this is a 5-day on-site role, with active jobsite presence required.
