Hays is partnering with a global project management and consulting firm to recruit a Project Management Account Director to lead a major capital construction program for a flagship technology campus in Fremont, CA. This is a senior leadership opportunity overseeing a team of 10 project professionals delivering CAPEX, infrastructure, tenant improvement, renovation, and campus upgrade projects across a high-profile corporate portfolio.
Your New Role
This is a construction leadership position where you will lead the planning and execution of large-scale capital construction projects while managing a team of Project Managers responsible for project delivery, budgeting, procurement, contracting, and stakeholder management. Working closely with the Facilities Director, your focus will be on construction execution, capital planning, and project delivery rather than day-to-day facilities operations.
What You'll Need
- 10 years of construction, capital projects, owner's rep, or program management experience
- Experience leading project teams and client accounts
- Strong background in CAPEX, infrastructure, renovation, and campus development projects
- PMP, CCM, LEED AP, or similar credentials preferred
- Proven leadership, financial management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Currently operating as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, Construction Manager, or Account Director looking to take the next step into a strategic construction leadership role
