Your new role
This newly created role will be supporting the marketing function by creating marketing materials, pitch decks, presentations, and supporting the wider team with internal and external communications. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of the company’s messaging, brand voice, and marketing content.
Responsibilities
- Create high quality marketing materials in PowerPoint, including presentations, pitch decks, and investor materials
- Work closely with internal Marketing and Communications team to maintain brand consistency
- Assist with content creation, writing and editing as needed
- Collaborate with investment, operations, and executive teams to gather information and translate it into clear and compelling marketing materials
- Maintain templates, marketing collateral library, and content repository
- Support special projects, campaigns, and internal communications initiatives
- Assist with event materials as needed
What you’ll need to succeed
- 3 plus years of marketing experience, preferably within real estate, financial services, investments, or professional services
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with previous experience designing presentations and pitch decks
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into simple visuals
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with internal teams
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
