About the Role
As Lead Superintendent, you will be the primary field leader, responsible for driving all on-site operations. You will manage the field team, own the schedule, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations and site personnel from sitework through turnover
- Develop and maintain the master project schedule and sequencing plan
- Oversee subcontractor coordination, production, and logistics
- Enforce safety programs and quality control standards
- Partner with Project Management to track progress, mitigate risk, and maintain alignment with budget and milestones
- Drive accountability and performance across the entire field team
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of commercial construction experience
- Proven track record leading $100M multifamily or mixed-use projects
- Strong experience with podium, wrap, or large-scale residential builds
- Expertise in scheduling, sequencing, and managing multiple trades
- Effective leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
