With a strong portfolio of commercial and residential assets and several new properties planned over the coming years, the organization is investing in building a scalable people function to support this expanding business unit.
Your new role
As HR Manager, you will serve as the dedicated HR lead for a growing residential property management division while also supporting broader corporate HR initiatives. This is a highly visible role partnering closely with business leaders to build structure, processes, and reporting that will support significant hiring growth and operational expansion.
You will lead recruiting efforts for a variety of property management positions, establish performance metrics and workforce reporting, support employee relations activities, and help centralize HR processes across the business. This position is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys creating order, improving processes, and helping fast growing organizations scale effectively.
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner capacity
- Experience supporting property management, real estate, hospitality, facilities, construction, or multi-site operations environments preferred
- Strong background in full cycle recruiting and workforce planning
- Experience developing HR processes, reporting, performance metrics, and employee programs
- Knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, and HR operations
- Ability to partner with business leaders and drive initiatives in a growing, fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
