They are looking for a HR Talent and Development Specialist to join their team in their Sarasota office!

Your new role

Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will serve as a key partner in driving full-cycle recruiting efforts while also supporting training, development, and broader HR initiatives. You will have direct exposure to leadership and play an active role in building talent pipelines, enhancing the employee experience, and supporting programs that impact culture, performance, and retention.

What you will need to succeed

• 5 years of progressive experience in corporate recruiting and training
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems, including reporting and analytics
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of HR practices, performance management, and employee development
