Your New Role
As an HR Associate, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking support across HR, payroll, benefits, and general employment-related queries. Working in a high-volume, contact center-style environment, you will spend most of your day on the phone helping frontline employees navigate processes, answer questions, and resolve issues.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity and offers the chance to build HR experience while developing expertise in employee support, case management, and HR service delivery. While you will handle a broad range of inquiries, more complex employee relations matters will be escalated to specialist teams.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal communication)
- Experience in a customer service, contact center, help desk, support center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar high-volume environment
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed when handling difficult or emotional conversations
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to guide people through systems and processes over the phone
- Comfortable working in a role that involves significant phone-based interaction throughout the day
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and listening skills
- Prior exposure to HR, payroll, benefits, or employee support environments is beneficial but not required
