A well-established General Contractor is looking for an experienced Civil Superintendent to lead projects throughout North Atlanta and the Metro Atlanta area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to run a job, lead crews, and keep civil projects moving safely and on schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day field operations
- Lead crews and subcontractors
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower
- Manage schedules, production, safety, and quality
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Coordinate with Project Managers, inspectors, engineers, and clients
- Mentor and develop field personnel
What We’re Looking For
- Civil construction Superintendent field experience
- Background in site development, earthwork, utilities, roadway, and/or GDOT projects
- Experience leading crews and running projects
- Strong understanding of field production and safety
- Ability to read plans and maintain schedules
Years of experience are flexible. Proven field leadership and a track record of successfully running civil projects matter most.
