Your New Role
Reporting into Senior People & Culture leadership, you will lead the Total Rewards agenda across the US and Canada, partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver competitive, commercially focused compensation and benefits programs. This role will play a key part in implementing global reward frameworks regionally while ensuring solutions align with local market needs and business objectives.
A particular focus will be on sales compensation and incentive design, where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, balancing business requirements with reward governance and long-term sustainability. You will also lead and develop a small Total Rewards team while helping shape the future direction of the function.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- 10 years of progressive Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Reward leadership experience
- Extensive experience designing and managing sales compensation and commission programs
- Strong understanding of compensation strategy, incentive design, job architecture, and reward governance
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into practical reward solutions
- Experience working within complex, matrixed, or global organizations
- Team leadership experience within a Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits function
- Exposure to both US and Canadian compensation programs is highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to operate effectively in evolving, fast-paced environments
