Key responsibilities include:
• Owning the performance and reliability of gas and chemical utility systems
• Leading engineering activities for specialty gases, bulk chemicals, slurry delivery, and distribution infrastructure
• Driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs, asset management, and reliability improvements
• Serving as the primary oversight lead for outsourced toxic gas and chemical management providers
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards
• Supporting capital projects, system expansions, equipment commissioning, and startup activities
• Leading root cause investigations, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Facilities, EHS, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and Construction teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience with semiconductor facilities, gas and chemical systems, industrial utilities.
• Experience managing contractors, service providers, or operational teams
• Strong knowledge of hazardous gas and chemical systems, process safety, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with reliability engineering, root cause analysis, and operational excellence initiatives
