A global AI and advanced technology organization with a growing presence in the US and key operations led out of NY. The team is deeply involved in scaling cutting edge initiatives and supporting high impact strategic work across the AI landscape. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team in their NYC office!
Your new role
You will provide high level administrative and operational support to the Chief Investment Officer and two Managing Directors. This includes complex calendar management, internal and external meeting coordination, investor interactions, and domestic and international travel. You will prepare briefing materials, oversee scheduling workflows, and support ongoing projects, including the use of AI tools within administrative processes.
What you will need to succeed
• 10 to 12 plus years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
• Background in investment management, private equity, venture capital, or legal settings
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with C‑suite stakeholders
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast paced, high expectation environment
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a client‑focused approach
• Ability to travel for week long business trips twice per year
• In office presence with five remote days each month
