Electrical Engineer (Mid‑Level)

Your New Role
As a mid‑level Electrical Engineer, you will work under an experienced senior engineer while collaborating with teams across both offices. The role offers two growth paths depending on your strengths and goals:
a technical path focused on design leadership, or
a client‑facing path focused on project management.
You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of projects rather than being limited to one sector. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
- Designing electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, emergency/UPS systems, and fire alarms
- Conducting field investigations and surveys
- Producing drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Supporting construction administration
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, design partners, and clients
- Collaborating with senior engineers and cross‑disciplinary teams
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 4–8 years of U.S. experience in electrical building systems design
- Experience with an engineering consultancy or contractor focused on design
- Strong knowledge of building electrical systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus
- FE/EIT preferred
- LEED accreditation or interest is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
