Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support to end users in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills across Windows desktops/laptops, Microsoft 365 applications, hardware, software, peripherals, and basic networking.


Required Skills

  • 2 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, Help Desk.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Good knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
  • Experience with PC imaging, deployment, software installation, and hardware refreshes.
  • Experience working with an ITSM/ticketing system such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
