Senior Manager, Maritime Cyber Safety Operations
Location: Hybrid – Miami, FL
Compensation: $145K–$165K base $15K–$20K bonus

Your Impact:
Lead global OT cybersecurity operations for a maritime organization, ensuring critical systems are secure and compliant. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on fleet safety and international standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate OT security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection.
- Manage global service delivery aligned with NIST standards.
- Build and lead a team of OT security analysts.
- Act as escalation point for critical OT cybersecurity incidents.
- Ensure compliance with maritime cybersecurity regulations.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
- 3 years leading IT/Cybersecurity Operations.
- Preferred certs: CISSP, GSLC, GSOC, GCTI, CISM.
- OT operations experience (utilities/manufacturing ideal).
- SOC/NOC background desirable; principal-level expertise acceptable.
