I am currently working with a leading General Contractor who are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with data center expertise to join a growing team in Dallas. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who thrives in fast‑paced, technically complex environments and understands the unique demands of mission‑critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of data center construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and coordination of MEP systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications
- Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain project momentum
- Build strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal teams
Qualifications
- 5 years of project management experience with a general contractor
- Proven track record delivering data center or mission‑critical projects
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning, and high‑density infrastructure
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
